Webcam not working after installing windows 10 (laptop is samsung model #350v5c-a01ca) the subject says it all. i have contacted samsung and they told me to contact microsoft for all software problems.. The samsung rep you spoke to was going down the right path, if you replaced the hard drive then you wouldn't have the preloaded camera driver. but what he had you install was just a software suite to capture from your device..
